Natlie lived strong, her attitude was consistently unwavering. She championed challenges and expected those with whom she affiliated, befriended, parented and taught to do the same. The seeds that ultimately germinated, as a Phoenix from “ashes”, into the Natlie A. Cole-Reagins Education and Cancer Research Foundation were planted by Natlie’s courage and cultivated into a viable organization by 13 individuals who sat with her through countless treatments, held her hand when news didn’t get better, provided personal care when she no longer could, and prayed with her when her final breaths drew near.
The founders of the Natlie A. Cole-Reagins Education and Cancer Research Foundation individually and collectively received immeasurable abundance from the light and life Natlie emanated as she championed her struggle with her head held high and a steadfast resolve.
The origin of the The Natlie A. Cole-Reagins Education and Cancer Research Foundation was established from the essence of common principles that Natlie held true and demonstrated – benevolence and sharing, family and friends, learning and literacy, wholeness and healing.
The Natlie A. Cole-Reagins Education and Cancer Research Foundation is dedicated to continuing Natlie’s life-long work in early childhood literacy and actively raising awareness and supporting the research of Sino Nasal Undifferentiated Carcinoma (SNUC) and its effects.
